Mounting plate for all LC8 KTM Slave Cylinders, this product replaces the OEM plastic version. The Billet aluminium version produced by Oberon Performance will improve the mounting of either the original Slave Cylinder or the Oberon replacement KTM Clutch Slave Cylinder. Additionally due to the natural heat dissipation of the alloy used in the plate, a cooler running condition will prevail allowing a better clutch operation and more reliable performance.
Note: You must retain the original spacers from your plastic backing plate and insert them into this mounting plate to complete the assembly.
G2 Challenge: Improve control in changing conditions for moto and off-road. G2 Solution: The Throttle Cam System. The Throttle Cam System incorporates a non-linear ratio between hand throttle rotation and carburetor or throttle body opening. The “pulley”, or as we call it, “cam” pulls the throttle cable as the rider rotates the grip/tube. By altering the conventional, circular shaped cam, a vast improvement in control is achieved. The Throttle Cam System has cam options with reduced radius for the first ½ of throttle rotation, which requires a slightly farther turn to achieve the same carburetor or throttle body opening position as a stock throttle. This slightly longer pull makes a HUGE difference in rider control as the power is rolled on. The system comes with a “100CAM” – same as stock, “200CAM” – starts out 10% smaller than stock and “400CAM” – starts out 20% smaller than stock. The radius of the 200CAM and 400CAM increases or “ramps up” to stock size at ½ throttle to keep overall rotation required to reach full throttle at or near stock rotation.

Oberon Performance clutch slave cylinder for KTM LC4. Designed to improve the efficiency and looks of the original clutch slave cylinder for LC4 engines. The enhanced 27mm piston reduces the heaviness of the original clutch action and brings much relief to aching arms. The internal piston design, seals and breather hole have been drastically enhanced to prevent leaks and leave a smoother clutch action. CNC machined from T6 billet alloy for lightness, strength and eye-catching looks. Seven fantastic colours to choose from. Everything you need is included in the kit including full instructions and is ready to fit.

Our piston seals are manufactured from special Viton rubber which is frozen and then CNC machined with a 'U' profile which is specifically for hydraulic use, in addition the piston itself is guided by our unique piston guide to prevent wear and maintain correct alignment within the slave unit, and this ultimately gives a smoother lever action and prolongs product life. The piston is also larger than the original (OEM) to reduce lever effort, further increasing feel and reducing rider fatigue.
